...is a collection of medically approved Tape-recorded health messages which have been carefully selected to help you remain healthy, help you recognize early signs of illness, and decide when you should consult your doctor.

INFORM IS NOT TO BE USED:

in an emergency

to diagnose your illness

to replace your doctor

INFORM TAPES ARE:

3 to 7 minutes long

easy to understand

as close and as private as your telephone

HOW INFORM WORKS:

Just call 961-8744 from a touch tone phone to hear your tape selection.

Please note the tape and its corresponding number and enter that number when instructed to do so.

Calls are handled automatically and are disconnected at the end of each tape.
